Description
We will start the class with some pranayama (breathing) exercises to calm the mind and relax the body. This will be followed by a slow vinyasa yoga flow where we will use movement to release the tensions within you and find the rhythm of your body. To end your experience I will guide you through a Yoga Nidra meditation which allows you to scan the body and tap into a state of relaxed consciousness as the mind settles in a place between wakefulness and sleep. After the class you are welcome to stay for some wine, tea and home-made treats as you bask in your relaxed state.
