Bathe away your aches

I’ve been feeling quite achy this week due to a combination of a lot of driving at the weekend and probably being dragged around on many walks with my giant squirrel hunting dogs!

Obviously I do lots of lovely yoga and stretching to help ease these aches but this week was just more than usual. I’m not a regular bath person normally but decided to have an Epsom salts bath this morning to see if it would help….. and it has! Feel much less sore, more relaxed in back and legs, and really enjoyed just taking 20 minutes for myself!

Fully recommend this to anyone wanting to ease some aches or just hide in the bathroom for a while and enjoy the peace 😉.
