I teach Hatha Yoga but I also incorporate some Vinyasa flows to work with our breath while transitioning from one pose to another. I also offer breathing and relaxation techniques that can have many benefits for all of us.

Meet Everyone Yoga

I’ve been studying and practicing yoga since about 2004 and was previously a qualified fitness class instructor. I started by just attending a few local yoga classes and realised that you don't always need to be jumping around to get amazing fitness benefits! I then also began to learn that yoga can have so many benefits to your life and overall health and wellbeing. After increasing my practice and attending some fantastic yoga based holidays I decided that this was something I wanted to learn more about and be able to bring it to others too in an accessible and comfortable way.
