I teach Hatha Yoga but I also incorporate some Vinyasa flows to work with our breath while transitioning from one pose to another. I enjoy working with a variety of breathing and relaxation techniques that can have many benefits for all of us.

 

Beginners yoga classes

Weekly classes, in Dawlish & Teignmouth aimed at people who have never tried yoga before or those who like to enjoy a gentler class which really focuses on the basic principals of yoga

1-2-1 personal yoga sessions

Private individual sessions where we can develop your existing practice or start completely from the beginning. Incorporating breathwork, yoga poses and relaxation techniques 

group private yoga sessions

Get together with a group of friends or family to have a private yoga session tailored for you and at a time and a place to suit you. Mixed abilities welcomed 

online yoga

Using Zoom, I can teach individual or group online sessions which will be tailored to you and what you what you would like to achieve

Meet Everyone Yoga

I’ve been studying and practicing yoga since about 2004 and was previously a qualified fitness class instructor. I started by just attending a few local yoga classes and realised that you don't always need to be jumping around to get amazing fitness benefits! I then also began to learn that yoga can have so many benefits to your life and overall health and wellbeing. After increasing my practice and attending some fantastic yoga based holidays I decided that this was something I wanted to learn more about and be able to bring it to others too in an accessible and comfortable way.
